The Ultra-Finesse Micro Jig Silent Stealth in a Zinc Profile

The Sakura Lisa Loca ZN 5g is the smallest member of the Lisa Loca family, designed specifically for Ultra-Light (UL) enthusiasts and Light Rock Fishing (LRF) specialists. At a tiny 46mm, this micro-jig perfectly replicates micro-forage like fry, glass eels, or larval fish.

While its larger siblings (20g and up) use internal rattles, the 5g model is Silent. This is a deliberate design choice: at this size, a silent, natural presentation is far more effective for wary predators in shallow, clear water. Crafted from Zinc Alloy, it is 100% lead-free, ensuring that even your smallest lures contribute to a healthier marine environment.

    Technical Highlights

    • Micro-Asymmetry: Despite its small size, the 46mm body maintains the original asymmetrical profile. This geometry forces the lure to scull or oscillate rhythmically on a steady retrieve, creating a life-like swimming vibration that mirrors a tiny baitfish.

    • The Silent Advantage: In the ultra-light world, less is more. The absence of a rattle in the 5g model makes it a lethal tool for Trout, Perch, and Skittish Saltwater Species in calm, clear water where mechanical noises might spook the fish.

    • Zinc Buoyancy & Durability: Because zinc is less dense than lead, this 5g jig has a slightly larger surface area for its weight. This results in a slower, more seductive leaf-like flutter on the drop, keeping it in the strike zone of small predators for longer.

    • Reinforced Armor: Small jigs often bounce off rocks and harbor walls. The reinforced varnish and hard zinc alloy prevent the lure from deforming, ensuring the holographic flash remains intact session after session.

Where & How to Use It

    • Light Rock Fishing (LRF): The ultimate tool for targeting Scad, Gurnard, and small Pollock from harbor walls. The 5g weight allows you to feel every tap on a light 0.5g7g rated rod.

    • Street Fishing & Freshwater: A must-have for Perch and Chub. When these predators are feeding on tiny fry in late summer, the 46mm profile is an exact match.

    • Vertical Jigging in Ports: Drop it vertically along bridge pilings or under moored boats. Let it flutter down on a slack line, then give it a tiny pop with the rod tip.

    • Surface Boil Hunting: Even though its 5g, the aerodynamic shape allows for surprising casting distance. Cast it into surface activity where predators are chasing micro-bait.

    Gerrys Pro Tip:

The 5g Lisa Loca ZN is a finesse masterpiece. Because its silent, I love using it in very shallow, clear river pools for Trout. I recommend using an Ultra-Light (UL) Sakura Ryokan rod and a very thin braid (PE 0.4 or 0.6). If you find youre snagging the bottom frequently in rocky areas, try removing the treble hook and replacing it with a tiny Sakura Single Assist Hook. It makes the lure even more erratic and saves you from losing your favorite micro-jig
