Shimano Instage

The “Shimano Instage” is a new rod concept designed to make inshore fishing a smart experience. It allows anglers to comfortably and freely explore coastal waters from their boat. Stepping onto this stage opens up a multitude of targets, promising successful encounters. The “In-Stage” rod is designed to fully exploit the appeal of this sport. It’s ideally suited for targeting a variety of species, including sea bass, gilthead bream, flounder, mackerel, and other pelagic fish. It also covers a wide range of lures, from small baits under 10g to large ones over 100g. The blank is constructed from a spiral X-Core, combining high strength with light and crisp performance, enabling precise casting and handling. The carbon monocoque handle features a lightweight, hollow, and thin-walled structure that enhances lightness and responsiveness, providing a high degree of sensitivity. The X-Guides, with their calculated angle and shape, ensure smooth and trouble-free line flow.
