Rapala X-Rap Countdown 7cm 10g fast sinking predator lure

The Rapala X-Rap Countdown 7cm 10g combines the proven depth-control concept of the legendary CountDown series with modern X-Rap styling and performance. Designed to sink faster than the original CountDown, this lure allows anglers to reach feeding fish quickly while maintaining a strong rolling action and attractive flutter on the drop.

This lure solves the challenge of targeting predators holding at specific depths. Its controlled sinking action enables anglers to count the lure down to the desired depth before beginning the retrieve, making it highly effective when fish are feeding below the surface.

The X-Rap Countdown can be fished with a steady retrieve, twitching action, or stop-and-go presentation. Its long-casting design makes it ideal for covering water in Irish rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and canals, while the fluttering action on the pause often triggers strikes from following fish.
