Bassday Mogul Crank Target 5 63 mm Floating Lure 21 grams CH-472

63mm | 21g | Floating | crankbait | CH-472

The Mogul Crank Target 5 63 mm Floating Lure 21 grams is a crankbait built to search structure and trigger fish that are holding around cover.

The diving bill gives it a fixed swimming path, so it is more automatic than a pencil or lipless lure; point it at the zone, wind it down, and let the body vibration do the work.

A steady retrieve is the base presentation.

When it touches weed, rock, timber, or bottom, pause it or lift the rod to let the lure deflect instead of forcing it through.

That deflection is often the bite trigger because it looks like a baitfish or craw trying to escape after hitting cover.

Use it around banks, rock edges, drains, weed lines, and hard-bottom flats.

The limitation is depth control: if fish are much deeper than the crank can reach, or if the area is too snaggy to deflect cleanly, a different lure style will be safer.

The CH-472 finish should be picked for visibility rather than treated as a magic colour.

Run cleaner, more natural-looking finishes in clear water and decent light; move to stronger flash, glow, or brighter contrast when the water is stained, the sky is dark, or fish need help finding the lure.

If the colour is too loud for calm clear water, drop to a subtler pattern before changing the whole lure style.

TARGET SPECIES: bass, trout, perch, chub, bream, sea bass, and structure-holding predators.
