Drennan Acolyte Pro Landing Net Handle 3m Fast & Efficient Commercial Specialist

Product Overview & Specifications

The Drennan Acolyte Pro Landing Net Handle 3m is the dedicated short-range weapon in the professional Acolyte range. Designed for the speed and precision required on commercial fisheries, this pole is extra strong, extremely lightweight, and, most importantly, ultra-rigid. The 3.0m (9ft 10) length is ideal for fast, efficient netting from small platforms, where maneuverability and speed are critical. Field-tested by top international anglers, this handle sets new standards of excellence for close-quarters netting.

Key Features for Speed and Precision

• Ultra-Rigid Commercial Specialist: The ultra-rigid construction minimizes tip bounce and provides instant control, making it ideal for fast efficient netting. This is crucial for maximizing speed during match fishing sessions.

• Compact Telescopic Design: The shortest 3.0m (9ft 10) length is achieved via a two-piece telescopic handle. This design is quick to deploy, compact to transport, and highly maneuverable in tight spaces like small platforms or restricted bankside areas.

• Reinforced Strength: Features a fully reinforced screw thread to prevent failure at the critical connection point, ensuring the pole is strong enough to handle large carp safely when the pressure is on.

• Enhanced Handling: The textured handles ensure an improved grip, maintaining secure control even when wet, which is essential for fast-paced commercial fishing.

• Lightweight Advantage: Being extremely lightweight reduces fatigue during repetitive netting actions, allowing you to maintain speed and focus throughout a long session.

Optimal Use: Dominating the Commercial Peg

The 3.0m Acolyte Pro is essential when speed, control, and a compact footprint are non-negotiable for success.

• Small Platforms: Perfect for fishing from small or high platforms where the bulk of a long handle would be cumbersome.

• Short Pole/Margin Fishing: Provides the perfect reach for quickly netting fish hooked on the short pole line or directly in the margins.

• Match Speed Fishing: The rigidity and short length allow the angler to net and release fish quickly and accurately, significantly boosting session efficiency and speed.

• Close Feeder/Waggler: Ideal for easily netting fish hooked on close-in feeder or waggler lines where long reach is not required.
