Duo Bay Ruf Manic Fish 77 Pencil Sinking Lure MCC0522

Sinking | subsurface pencil action

The Duo Bay Ruf Manic Fish 77 Pencil Sinking Lure MCC0522 takes the Manic idea and gives it a fuller baitfish profile.

Compared with a very slim pencil, this style shows more body flash and water push, which helps when fish are feeding on small mullet, herring, or other compact baitfish.

The 77 size is useful for inshore fishing where you still need a realistic bait size but want more visibility than a tiny finesse lure.

Work it with a steady retrieve to keep it tracking naturally, or add short twitches when fish need a reaction trigger.

It suits harbours, estuaries, river mouths, flats, and rock edges where bait is moving in the upper water column.

It is also a good choice when fish follow thin pencils but do not fully commit.

Its limitation is that it is still a subtle baitfish presentation.

In muddy water or at night, a rattling lure, brighter finish, or stronger vibration may be easier for fish to find.

TARGET SPECIES: seabass, trevally, queenfish, tailor/bluefish, flathead, snapper, and other inshore predators feeding around baitfish.
