Duo Tetra Works Toto Shad 48 mm Sinking Lure MCC0522

48mm | Sinking

The Tetra Works Toto Shad 48 mm Sinking Lure is a small shad-style plug, which means it gives more body kick and pressure than a slim minnow of the same size.

That makes it useful when fish need a stronger signal but you still want a light-game profile.

Work it with a steady retrieve around harbour walls, rock edges, drains, and current seams.

Add short pauses or twitches when fish are following, but do not overpower it; the shad action already creates enough movement at light-game speeds.

It is strongest in slightly stained water, moving water, or around structure where fish respond to wobble and flash.

If the water is glass-clear and fish are inspecting the bait closely, a slimmer Toto or soft plastic can be more natural.

The baitfish-style finish is best treated as a natural option for clear to lightly stained water and situations where fish are already feeding by sight on small bait rather than reacting to loud contrast.

TARGET SPECIES: rockfish, ajing targets, bream, perch, small trevally, small bass, and light-game predators feeding around harbours, rocks, drains, and bait.
