Garbolino 60mm PVC Drawer Unit

Take your seatbox organization to the next level with the Garbolino 60mm PVC Drawer Unit. At Gerrys Fishing, we know that while slim trays are great for rigs, they often leave you struggling to find a home for your bulkier essentials. This 60mm deep unit is the perfect middle-ground storage solution, offering double the depth of standard rig trays to accommodate the larger items that every match angler needs within arms reach.

As part of the GBC (Garbolino Box Component) modular system, this drawer unit is designed for a precision fit. Whether you are adding it to a brand-new Gold series box or upgrading an existing setup, the high-impact PVC construction ensures it remains lightweight without sacrificing the structural integrity needed to hold heavy terminal tackle. The drawer slides are engineered for a smooth, snag-free action, even when the unit is fully loaded with lead weights or heavy-duty feeders.

The front-opening design allows for instant access to your gear without needing to stand up or dismantle your seatbox stack. Finished in the classic Garbolino aesthetic, its as much about professional looks as it is about peak bankside efficiency.

Detailed Specifications

Where to Use

• Feeder Fishing Storage: The 60mm depth is ideal for storing a vast array of feeders, from large window feeders to heavy river blocks, which simply wont fit in standard 30mm drawers.

• Reel & Spool Housing: Perfect for keeping spare reels or large spools of shockleader and high-diameter reel lines protected from the sun and rain.

• Bulk Terminal Tackle: Use this unit to organize your heavy gearbags of leads, large packs of hooks, pellet wagglers, and bulky catapults.

• Bait Preparation Tools: An excellent home for your bait drills, needles, scissors, and even small 1-pint bait tubs that you want to keep tucked away until needed.

Pro Tip

Gerrys Pro Tip: To keep your gear from rattling around during transport, use small EVA foam inserts or modular tackle pouches inside the 60mm drawer. Because this drawer is deeper, items can shift; grouping your tackle into sub-categories (e.g., all your river feeders in one pouch) makes finding what you need even faster during a high-pressure match. A tiny drop of light oil on the runners once a season will keep the drawer sliding like silk.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this drawer fit other brands of seatboxes?

The 60mm PVC Drawer Unit is specifically designed for the Garbolino GBC modular system. While it may fit some other boxes with similar dimensions, we strongly recommend it for Garbolino owners to ensure the locking clips and frame alignment are 100% secure.

Is the drawer waterproof?

The unit is designed to be highly weather-resistant. When the drawer is closed, the overlapping PVC lip prevents rainwater from entering. However, as with all seatbox components, we recommend a seatbox cover for long-term storage in wet conditions.

Can I stack multiple 60mm units together?

Yes! The GBC system is completely modular. You can stack 60mm drawers on top of each other or mix and match them with 30mm trays and winder units to create a custom tackle station tailored to your specific style of fishing.

Does it come with internal dividers?

The unit is usually supplied as an open deep-storage drawer to provide maximum flexibility. This allows you to choose your own divider system or use it for larger, single items that wouldnt fit in divided compartments.
