Hareline Life-Flex Legs are a highly versatile rubber material that adds lifelike movement and visual appeal to a wide range of fly patterns.

Perfect for creating wiggly rubber legs on larger nymphs, these strands also excel as a segmented body material when wrapped, giving your flies realistic texture and action in the water.

The soft, flexible composition pulses and undulates with even the slightest current or retrieve, helping trigger strikes from selective fish. Whether youre tying stoneflies, dragonfly nymphs, bass bugs, or attractor patterns, Life-Flex Legs bring added motion that makes your flies look alive.
