Ima Sasuke Shad 75 mm Sinking Lure 014

75mm | Sinking | Sinking shad minnow | Finish: 014

The Sasuke Shad 75 mm Sinking Lure is a small sinking shad/minnow for working below the surface when predators are feeding on compact bait.

Compared with a floating minnow, the sinking body lets you control depth and keep the lure in the lane longer.

Fish it with a steady retrieve first, then add short twitches and pauses when fish are following.

The shad profile gives a little more side flash and body presence than a pencil-thin minnow, which helps around current seams, drains, rock walls, and small bait schools.

It is strongest when fish are feeding below the top layer or holding along edges where a shallow floater passes too high.

Around shallow rock or weed, keep the countdown controlled because a sinking lure can drop into trouble quickly.

The baitfish-style finish is best treated as the natural option for clear to lightly stained water and sight-feeding fish.

It is not the first choice for muddy water, but it looks more believable when predators are already keyed in on real bait.

TARGET SPECIES: bass, perch, peacock bass, sea bass, flathead, mangrove jack, and predators holding around cover, banks, weed, rock, or depth changes.
