Matrix F25 Pro Seatbox Lime Edition

The Matrix F25 Pro Seatbox is a high-performance, purpose-built seatbox designed for the modern match angler. Its compact H-frame design prioritizes a balance of stability, portability, and functionality, making it an excellent choice for anglers who need a lightweight yet robust station for both commercial fisheries and natural venues.

Core Specifications and Technology

• Lightweight H-Frame Construction: The F25 Pro is built around a bespoke extruded aluminium main frame and footplate. This construction method makes it incredibly strong and stable, while keeping the overall weight to a minimum at just 13.5kg. This is a critical feature for match anglers who often have to carry their gear long distances from the car park to their peg. The H-frame design provides a solid platform, eliminating flex and wobble, which is essential for accurate and consistent fishing.
• Customisable and Secure: The seatbox features 25mm anodised black extending legs. The 25mm diameter is a standard size, allowing for a wide range of accessories to be attached securely. The anodised finish provides an extra layer of durability and corrosion resistance. The sliding footplate with twist pin locks offers a secure and adjustable platform for your feet, ensuring comfort and stability on uneven banks. The oversized main handwheels are easy to grip and tighten, even with cold or wet hands, ensuring a secure setup every time.
• Integrated Storage: The F25 Pro comes supplied with a versatile storage system. It includes a 90mm deep tray unit and a deep side drawer unit. This setup provides ample space for essentials like pole floats, rig winders, and feeders, while keeping them organised and easily accessible.

Why Its Perfect for Match Fishing

The Matrix F25 Pro is an ideal choice for the competitive match angler, offering features that directly address the demands of the sport:

1. Portability: At just 13.5kg, this seatbox is significantly lighter than many of its competitors. This makes it far easier to transport, a key consideration during busy matches where you need to get to your peg quickly and with minimal effort. The removable padded shoulder strap further enhances this portability.
2. Stability: The robust H-frame design and the strong 25mm legs provide a rock-solid base. This stability is crucial for ensuring your casting and baiting actions are consistent and accurate, and for securely holding a large pole or rod setup.
3. Efficiency: The compact design and well-thought-out storage allow for a highly efficient setup. Having your most-used tackle and bait easily accessible in the side drawer means less time fumbling and more time fishing. This efficiency can be the difference between winning and losing a match.
4. Customisation: The standard 25mm legs mean the seatbox is ready for a wide range of accessories, including side trays, keepnet attachments, and pole roosts. This allows you to build a tailored fishing station that perfectly suits your style and the demands of the venue.
5. Ergonomic Design: The option to upgrade to a swivel seat offers a significant boost in comfort and back support, which is invaluable during a long match session. This feature helps reduce fatigue, allowing you to focus on your fishing for longer.
