Matrix Horizon X Ultra Pro Pellet Waggler 12ft (25g)

The Ultimate Power-Finesse Tool for Commercial Carp.

The Matrix Horizon X Ultra Pro Pellet Waggler 12ft is the big brother of the range, specifically engineered for the angler who needs to reach those distant fish-safe zones on larger commercial waters. While many power rods feel heavy and unresponsive, the Ultra Pro 12ft maintains a breathtakingly slim profile thanks to its premium Japanese carbon blank.

This rod is all about crisp recovery and controlled power. It delivers the casting backbone needed to punch heavy wagglers into a headwind, yet possesses a beautifully soft playing action that eliminates hook-pulls when a lump makes its final lunge at the net.

Key Features & Benefits

• High-Modulus Japanese Carbon: The elite-grade carbon construction provides an ultra-fast recovery rate. This means the rod doesnt wobble after the cast, ensuring your float flies straight and true every time.

• Progressive Soft Action: Specifically tuned for the explosive nature of carp on the pellet waggler. The blank absorbs the initial smash of the take, protecting light hooklengths and ensuring more fish make it into the keepnet.

• Extended Casting Potential: The 12ft length offers significantly more leverage than shorter rods, allowing you to hit the middle of big-water commercials with less effort and more accuracy.

• RS Silicon Nitride Guide System: Equipped with MHLG / HLG match guides. These lightweight, ultra-hard inserts reduce line friction to an absolute minimum, allowing your float to gain extra yards on every cast.

• Equally Partitioned Two-Piece Design: Designed to break down into two equal sections, allowing the rod to be stored perfectly in a 1.9m ready-rod sleevefully rigged and ready to fish.

Examples of Use: Where This Rod Excels

• Large Open-Water Venues: When fish are sitting at 40m or 50m and a standard 10ft or 11ft rod simply wont reach, the 12ft Ultra Pro gives you the extra punch required.

• Heavy Wind Conditions: The extra length and fast-recovery carbon allow you to drive wagglers through a crosswind, maintaining accuracy when the conditions are working against you.

• Targeting Large Carp: Ideal for summer matches on venues known for double-figure carp. The progressive action provides the side-strain needed to steer big fish away from aeration pipes and island margins.

• High-Frequency Casting: Despite its length, the rod is incredibly light. This makes it perfect for busy sessions where you are casting every 60 seconds to search out fish in the upper layers
