McFly Foam Premium egg yarn for realistic, vibrant egg patterns.

McFly Foam is a high-quality fly-tying material perfect for crafting lifelike egg flies that trout, steelhead, and salmon cant resist. Its fine, dense fibers are easy to tie in and trim, creating full, consistent shapes that hold their colour and profile even after repeated strikes. This foam-like yarn absorbs water slowly, giving your flies a natural translucency and sink rate while remaining highly durable. Available in a wide selection of vibrant and natural shades, McFly Foam allows you to imitate spawning eggs with precision or create bold attractor patterns. A proven staple for river anglers, its one of the most reliable materials for egg imitations. Shop online or visit Drift Outfitters in Toronto for expert advice and fast shipping across Canada.
