Nash Scope OPS 10ft 4lb Abbreviated Rod

The Nash Scope OPS 10ft 4lb Abbreviated rod is the uncompromising distance and heavy-duty powerhouse of the premium Scope OPS range. Engineered for the most extreme environments, it delivers maximum casting force for heavy leads, spods, and marker floats, all in a compact and highly portable package.

Why Choose the 10ft 4lb Abbreviated for Extreme Angling?

• Ultimate Maximum Power: The formidable 4lb test curve is the highest in the range, purpose-built for extreme long-range casting, launching the largest PVA bags or Dot Spods, and exerting uncompromising control over monster fish in strong flows or heavy snags.
• Premium Blank Technology: Built on a superior 30tonne high modulus carbon and low resin blank with a 1K Toray external weave, this rod offers exceptional, crisp recovery. The 45 multi-directional fibre reinforcement significantly reduces twist, focusing energy for maximum distance and accuracy.
• Maximum Casting Components: This model features a crucial 50mm butt ring to dramatically reduce line friction and maximize casting potential, particularly when using Big Pit reels and braided lines.
• Modern & Lightweight Grip: The Abbreviated Black Duplon handle offers a sleek, minimal, and modern appearance. This style is favoured for reducing weight and providing a secure, tactile grip, ideal for generating maximum compression during powerful casts.
• Compact Power: Despite its brute force, the 10ft length, combined with the patented telescoping butt design, reduces the packed-down size to just 50inches (127cm).
